Augmented Reality ....Technology of Future ?

                                Augmented Reality .... Some would not know about it and some may had heard this word but doesn't know about it... In this post I will share about augmented reality... Augment means "To make (something) greater by adding to it" (From Google Dictionary) , Then Augmented Reality means "To make reality greater by adding something to it". I think you may have got it by seeing the cover image or by the explanation I gave ... To make it clear , Augmented reality is adding some virtual details to reality...

               

                              According to one estimate, the Augmented Reality market will be worth between $70 billion - $75 billion by 2023, while Virtual Reality is expected to be worth between $10 billion - $15 billion by 2023. But you may think how It is future of technology ? I have the answer... 

                               The above Image depicts the Future of Navigation Systems .... If you focus on any building , It could show some data about the building. Now major map providers don't show route inside the building .... I mean If you are in a Mall and you don't know route to a shop inside a mall...  by using Augmented Reality it could provide the route when you hold the mobile in front of you .... 

                              The above image depicts the Shopping Mall showing the different sections when you hold your mobile in front of you .... The Harley Davidson is developing an an Augmented Reality app that shoppers can use in-store. Users can view a motorcycle they might be interesting in buying in the showroom, and customize it using the app to see which colors and features they might like.

                           

                               In future Augmented Reality will be used in Books where students would get an interactive 3D image or a video of the 2D image in the book if they point their camera towards the book. This technology makes the students understand easily. 

 

                             In future Augmented Reality will be used in Classrooms where it makes teaching easy. The students would have a smart glass where students would able to see Augmented graphics which are used to teach.

                         

                            In future Augmented Reality will be used in Tourism where the tourists points the monuments to get details and history about it. May be tourist guides go jobless in future...

                            These are some of the Future Technologies of Augmented Reality. With these proofs I could say definitely Augmented Reality is the technology of future.
